DisruptHR Boise is recognizing bold, forward-thinking leaders who are changing the way work works.

The Ultimate Disruptor Awards will recognize two individuals: one HR Professional and one Business Leader. Nominees should be challenging outdated workplace norms, creating meaningful impact, and helping shape better workplaces in our local business community.

Self-nominations are welcome. Nominees do not need to be DisruptHR speakers, sponsors, or ticket holders.
